Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for our digital solutions portfolio, which includes software, hardware, and IoT technologies.
- Assist customers in onboarding and adopting our digital offerings effectively, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and product usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to maximize the value of our digital solutions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product development and enhancements.
- Support the Digital Customer Success Regional Manager in executing strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application engineering, software development, or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of IoT, software, and hardware integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico without relocation support.
