Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee AI and technology initiative projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, while managing resources effectively.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in AI, technology initiatives, or Managed IT services.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and interact with clients effectively.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
