Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of fare and content displays across Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Provide content validation across GDS channels and displays.
• Conduct routine audits across air and/or hotel content to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform real-time fare and rate audits to identify discrepancies.
• Identify inefficiencies in content loading and validation workflows.
• Diagnose discrepancies and determine their causes for resolution.
• Communicate findings effectively with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended actions based on analyses.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with Sabre and Amadeus systems.
• Prior experience in the travel industry, focusing on air and/or hotel sectors.
• Experience with data validation, quality assurance processes, or auditing workflows.
• Ability to interpret complex information and identify discrepancies effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
