Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and optimization of product information management (PIM) systems to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement strategies for enhancing catalog performance.
  • Analyze catalog data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product offerings.
  • Lead the development of standards and best practices for catalog management to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to catalog performance and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in catalog management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in PIM best practices and catalog management techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in catalog management or product information management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
