Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and optimization of product information management (PIM) systems to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement strategies for enhancing catalog performance.
- Analyze catalog data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product offerings.
- Lead the development of standards and best practices for catalog management to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to catalog performance and recommend changes as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in catalog management.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in PIM best practices and catalog management techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in catalog management or product information management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
