Responsibilities

• Oversee the Data Science team, ensuring effective collaboration and integration of AI technologies within various departments.
• Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to define the strategic direction of AI and data science efforts.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to enhance our offerings and operational efficiency.
• Establish best practices and governance for AI implementation, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI and data science teams, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
