Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our platform.
• Manage and optimize AEO strategies to enhance our app's visibility and downloads across major platforms.
• Conduct regular audits of our website and app to ensure compliance with the latest SEO best practices and guidelines.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of SEO and AEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to create and optimize high-quality content relevant to our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.
• Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
• Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, AEO, or digital marketing, preferably in a technology or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of driving successful SEO campaigns that significantly increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
• Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with AEO and app store optimization strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
