Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks to ensure quality and performance in our software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Perform manual and automated testing on new and existing features, ensuring they meet functional and performance standards.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using our issue-tracking system, and verify fixes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of software.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices in testing and automation.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the software.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to software testing and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience in performance testing and familiar with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
