Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and co-op positions across Canada and the United States.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans.
- Lead intake meetings to align recruitment strategies with business objectives for early careers.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top early-stage talent through university partnerships and campus recruitment programs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain compliance with Canadian and US hiring regulations and company policies.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to enhance our employer branding and recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on early careers or university recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Canadian and US employment laws is a plus.
