We are seeking a dedicated Lifecycle Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This remote position will focus on employee relations and transitions across the LATAM region, helping our clients manage their international workforce effectively and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Advise clients on local labor laws and compliance requirements to ensure adherence with regulations.
• Assist in developing and refining HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal standards.
• Work closely with clients to address employee relations issues, providing solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions for client HR teams on employee relations and lifecycle management.
• Continuously monitor and analyze trends in employee relations, providing insights and recommendations to improve client practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee relations or lifecycle management, preferably in a global context.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues in LATAM countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for HR solutions.
