About the Role
We are seeking an early career professional to join our MACS Networks Domain Products team as a Customer Solution Engineer. This role is crucial in supporting pre-sales and Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) activities specifically for indoor radio access networks (RAN) and the Radio Dot Solution. As part of a forward-thinking organization, you will play a key role in developing innovative and profitable network solutions for our North American clientele.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to RFx responses, tenders, presentations, and consultations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, including bill of materials and network design support.
- Engage customers to understand their specific needs and effectively align them with Ericsson’s products and solutions.
- Represent Ericsson at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our innovative offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support project management activities related to customer solutions.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with clients and attend events.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications, especially in indoor RAN technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
