Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build and enhance event pipelines and messaging systems utilizing Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, partitions, and consumer groups.
• Design and implement APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrations across multiple backend microservices.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Data Engineering, Quality Assurance, and AI-focused teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding schemas, event versioning, idempotency, and streaming patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Golang Engineer with strong expertise in event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and high-performance backend engineering.
• Ability to design resilient and scalable microservices.
