We are seeking a talented Program Manager with expertise in Hyper-scale Data Centers to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to innovative facility designs that support our clients' infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the program for facility design in Hyper-scale Data Centers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to develop comprehensive design solutions.
• Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management, specifically in facility design for data centers.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data center design and operations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
