Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and requirements, translating their vision into practical solutions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Develop and present design proposals, conducting feasibility studies and maintaining project documentation.
• Oversee project schedules, manage resources effectively, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations, fostering strong relationships and communication throughout the project.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and architectural design, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software and project management tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
