Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and strategy for Canadian payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, user feedback, and market analysis.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and performance metrics.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in payroll processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a payroll or finance environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in Canada.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
