Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on transforming controllership processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the financial close process.
• Provide research and advisory services to global clients, helping them navigate challenges related to financial reporting systems and automation.
• Engage with clients daily via video conferencing and at events to deliver insights and solutions that enhance their performance.
• Develop and publish research that addresses the pressing issues faced by CFOs and Corporate Controllers in leveraging technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting processes, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial close.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies and their application in financial operations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
