Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud applications that support Twilio's Edge Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the functionality of Twilio’s Web Console and API.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong grasp of cloud service architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with API development and integration, as well as knowledge of RESTful services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
