Lead UX Designer for Innovative Digital Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team, dedicated to transforming digital healthcare. In this role, you will lead the design efforts, driving our user experience strategy across a diverse portfolio that includes screening, real-world evidence, registries, and pathway management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement user experience strategies that align with our vision for digital healthcare solutions.
• Own the evolution of the NEC Health design system, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experience across all products.
• Collaborate closely with customers, clinicians, product teams, and engineering to enhance patient outcomes and support value-based healthcare initiatives.
• Provide UX leadership and design delivery while coaching the product team on best practice design principles.
• Champion a culture of exceptional design within the organization, promoting the use of the latest technologies.
• Contribute to the UX/UI Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and gaining insights from a wider network of design expertise across the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate design concepts and rationale to various stakeholders.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with digital healthcare solutions is a plus.
