Responsibilities

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to upper management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in construction management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in data centers or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
