Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of data center construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to upper management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in construction management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in data centers or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
