Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and objectives.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
