Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement with career services.
• Collaborate with campus departments to organize events, workshops, and job fairs that promote career readiness.
• Conduct outreach efforts to connect with students and educate them on available career resources.
• Analyze student feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve career services.
• Provide one-on-one career counseling and support for students in their job search processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market demands to inform program development.
• Facilitate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to create internship and job opportunities for students.
• Prepare reports on engagement activities and outcomes for institutional assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career services, student affairs, or a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
• Proficient in using career development software and online platforms for student tracking and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
