Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in career services, student affairs, or a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
- Proficient in using career development software and online platforms for student tracking and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
