Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of health programs within the organization.
• Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing health projects to assess their impact and effectiveness.
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to gather relevant data and insights for program improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing organizational processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program, such as Public Health, International Development, or Organizational Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
