Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create inclusive job descriptions and recruitment processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Strong understanding of disability rights and the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
