Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of approximately 20 engineers and 4 managers in various areas including backend platform, frontend platform, DevOps, architecture, accessibility, and quality assurance.
• Drive innovation by fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity among team members.
• Set strategic direction and goals for the platform engineering team to align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee the development and optimization of the platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, nurturing their skills and career growth.
• Implement best practices in engineering and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
