Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems that support our product platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and frontend engineers, to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance application stability and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and RESTful API design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and technical concepts effectively.
