About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager for Field AI, you will spearhead the advancement of cutting-edge technology that integrates artificial intelligence into the construction process. This role serves as a crucial bridge between the digital and physical realms, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency for our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs). You will oversee the development and optimization of our mobile application, ensuring that it meets the dynamic needs of teams on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and strategy for AI applications in construction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
