Responsibilities

• Lead the product and technology strategy for our portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with our mission to modernize software solutions.
• Drive innovation in product development, focusing on user experience and market needs.
• Oversee the technology stack and ensure scalability and reliability of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product roadmaps.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop the technology team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in product management and technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Experience in managing teams and developing talent.
• Passion for leveraging technology to create impactful solutions in specialized industries.
