Key Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers' telecom engineers and IT teams to deploy customized solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the day-to-day operational support of the telecommunications network, analyzing problems affecting network availability and customer quality reports.
• Act as an escalation point of contact for the Network Operations Center to resolve critical alerts generated by the system.
• Monitor and analyze telecom performance metrics to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Implement and support VoIP, SIP, and RTP protocols in a 24/7 production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telecom technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecom Engineer, preferably in a cloud operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and RTP protocols.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production support setup with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Relevant certifications in telecommunications or network engineering are a plus.
