Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of successful mergers and acquisitions, with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and valuation.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
