About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time HVAC Career Coach to guide students in launching their careers in the HVAC industry. In this role, you will facilitate engaging workshops and provide personalized coaching to help students transition from learning to employment. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned HVAC technicians who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live, one-hour workshops to educate students about the HVAC industry and career opportunities.
• Provide optional one-on-one coaching sessions to support students in their job search and professional development.
• Develop engaging workshop content that aligns with industry standards and student needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and confidence.
• Promote the benefits of HVAC careers and inspire students to pursue their goals.
• Build relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Potential to earn additional income through private coaching opportunities based on performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Ability to engage and inspire students in a workshop setting.
