In this critical role, you will act as the financial driver and data integrity gatekeeper for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging data to uncover insights, optimizing dispute strategies, and minimizing financial losses while actively mitigating fraud and chargeback risks for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and patterns related to chargebacks.
- Investigate chargeback cases to provide detailed reports and recommendations for dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that reduce chargeback rates.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to chargeback metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity by validating and cleansing data sources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices regarding chargebacks and fraud prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Finance, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in chargebacks or a related financial field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
