About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and operational support to our Video Template Review teams. This position is critical for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our review processes, which encompass motion graphics, video templates, and other creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Video Template Review teams in implementing technical standards and workflows to ensure high-quality reviews.
• Develop and maintain tooling and AI-assisted workflows that enhance the review process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges in video template reviews.
• Establish best practices and guidelines for the review of motion graphics and related assets.
• Monitor and evaluate review processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Support the ongoing training and development of team members to enhance their skills in video template reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within a creative or media-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of video production, motion graphics, and relevant software tools.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in creative workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
