Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Australia.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
