Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve HR systems and data processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR data needs and deliver insights that support decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize HR databases and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key HR metrics and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide support for HR system implementations and upgrades, including testing and user training.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools; experience with Workday or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
