Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools; experience with Workday or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
