Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
• Facilitate recruitment processes to attract top talent, including creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, evaluate HR initiatives, and propose improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote a fair workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and drive cultural initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a People Partner or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Passion for pet care and an understanding of the related community is a plus.
