About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining how artificial intelligence integrates into our mobile applications, enhancing the user experience for our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs). You will be responsible for shaping intuitive and engaging interactions that streamline the construction process and improve efficiency across various functionalities, including our advanced AI-based video analysis and automated data capture.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype innovative mobile applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other designers, to develop user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in best practices of mobile design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
