Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for various software products.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and verify technical accuracy.
- Create user guides, manuals, and online help documentation that enhance user experience.
- Participate in usability testing to ensure documentation meets user needs.
- Assist in creating training materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously update documentation based on product changes and user feedback.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar software.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable language.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Internship or coursework in technical writing or related experience is preferred but not required.
