Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficient warehouse functioning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Implement and uphold safety and compliance standards within the warehouse environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control in logistics processes.
• Assist with training new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
