Responsibilities

• Architect and implement production-level Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads on the Databricks unified platform.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to guide customers in designing and executing their technical roadmap for ML and AI applications.
• Provide expertise in enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures, agentic systems, and monitoring systems.
• Optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, enhancing training and inference processes and integrating with cloud-native services.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills by applying cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI, MLOps, and broader machine learning disciplines.
• Mentor junior team members and establish yourself as a thought leader in the AI domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role focused on AI and ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of ML frameworks and tools, including experience with model training, optimization, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services related to AI and ML.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
