- Act as a liaison between families and care providers after completing a comprehensive 4-week training program.
- Meet or exceed daily performance benchmarks related to inbound and outbound calls to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
