About the Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our high-performance team dedicated to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our services. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers to achieve exceptional operational performance.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between engineering and operational goals.
• Develop and maintain operational best practices for incident response, change management, and capacity planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Utilize your expertise in Linux and operations to troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
• Strong background in Linux systems and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
