• Partner with the Talent Science team to develop innovative tools and methodologies that enhance our recruitment practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
