About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project goals, objectives, and plans to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic vision.
• Supervise project teams and ensure that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and internal departments to foster collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance through regular reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in recruitment and engagement within parks and natural resources.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform project strategies and gather insights on industry trends.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the natural resources or public sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging diverse groups effectively.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment standards and practices in natural resource management is a plus.
