Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems that enhance the functionality of our observability platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by implementing best practices in coding and design.
• Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring timely integration of solutions into the platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering processes and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of server-side logic and architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with database management and design, ideally with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
