Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced observability solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define observability requirements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for observability architecture and processes.
• Utilize Grafana Cloud and other tools to monitor system health, performance metrics, and alerts.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during incidents and provide insights to prevent future occurrences.
• Contribute to the improvement of open-source observability tools and frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in observability and DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or observability-focused role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in using observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, innovative company is a plus.
