About the Role

As a Technical Consultant specializing in S/4HANA, you will play an essential role at Ramp, working closely with our customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of our innovative financial solutions. You will act as a key liaison between our customers and internal technical teams, facilitating smooth communication and project execution that aligns with our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions using S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to enhance the customer onboarding experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers to effectively utilize our solutions.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise during implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the value delivered to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical consulting or a similar role, ideally with a focus on S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
