Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging multimedia content that enhances the learning experience for various audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective instructional materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
• Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality graphic designs and multimedia presentations.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on learner needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in multimedia design and educational technology to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align multimedia content with learning objectives and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in multimedia design, particularly in an educational or e-learning context.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other multimedia tools.
• Excellent understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to convey complex concepts through visual storytelling and engaging multimedia content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
