Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
