About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Support Engineer with a strong SQL background to join our Technical Support Team. This remote position is exclusively available to candidates located in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for SQL-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Document support processes and solutions to enhance the knowledge base and empower team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong emphasis on SQL and database management.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
