Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner within the revenue organization to enhance and scale the Value Consulting program.
- Advance frameworks, tools, and operating models that communicate and quantify business value for our customers.
- Oversee the value realization planning across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to success planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of value realization strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve the value consulting processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials to empower internal teams on value realization best practices.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for customer engagement and program enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, value realization, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms and understanding of the current market landscape.
