Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and refine testing processes and ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough analysis of defect trends and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and quality assurance efforts.
• Lead efforts to improve testing methodologies and tools, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of quality within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies and industry trends to enhance the quality assurance process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks, particularly Cypress.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a remote team structure.
